In 1995 after 15 years as a Solicitor in Private Practise John Waymouth established REALTY LAW CONSULTANTS to carry out specialist Real Estate Law Services to the Real Estate Industry. It now provides services in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, and many Provincial centres. John Waymouth, LLB, Director, is a Barrister now specialising in Trust & Real Estate Law, he also lectures in Property Law at Auckland and Massey Universities, and is a Consultant to Ross Holmes Limited, a company which now has one of New Zealand’s largest specialist asset protection planning teams. John has been practising as a lawyer in the legal profession since 1978, and has been a partner in law firms since 1981 when he established his own legal practice. He has always been innovative, and amongst the first to seize new ideas and technology. Julie Waymouth, AREINZ, (Dip Business Studies) is a Director, and has worked in the real estate industry for 11 years. In that time Julie has been involved in property management, sales, customer services, administration, research, marketing, statistics, project management and I.T. Julie currently runs a consulting company specialising in information systems and technology. In addition to aranging Legal Services we have a depth of talent which no other specialist firms have, with associated services in Law Service Provider Systems, I.T. Software & Internet \ Intranet Consultancy, Web Page Design & Installation........and associated systems. We want to succeed and help you to achieve your objectives. What we want to do is provide real choice for consumers so that they can use the Internet to obtain the best services available and make real savings. These views are simply common sense. However as they challenge conventional legal wisdom, they will only be accepted by those prepared to stand back and question whether the old ways make sense.
